This planning effort spans 50 Acres of land and incorporates residential, commercial and retail spaces that compliment each other and the surrounding areas.

The goal of the design is to eliminate dead spaces in the neighborhood and create lively, eventful spaces which would allow for the neighbors to engage with one another 

The design also aims to create destination zones in multiple pockets to create pedestrian flow throw the neighborhood.
